Returns/Repair

Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. I put my heart and soul into every piece I make and truly hope you are just as pleased with it as I am. That being said, I understand that situations change or that a piece doesn't make you feel like you thought it would. 

Please contact me with reason for return within 3 days of receiving the piece. I'm sure we can work something out.

Accepted returns/exchanges must be mailed back within 7 days of being received by you, at your expense.  

All returned items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, and have equivalent packaging to ensure safety in transit. 

I do guarantee my work. If something you have purchased from me breaks or is damaged, I will fix it!  (Within reason, if you keep running it over with your car, I'm going to have to put my foot down) Buyer pays shipping. Just send me an email or DM and we'll come up with a plan. I do expect you to treat items purchased from me with care, some components may be delicate. 

It is not always possible to repair, especially pieces with stones. Please keep an open mind as we discuss options. Sometimes a replacement is best. 

There may be a fee associated with a repair. Depending on the severity of your repair, additional materials may be needed, stones may need to be ordered, etc. I will do my best to communicate this when we discuss your options. 

I do accept Customs! Keep in mind the style and tone of my previous work. I would love to discuss ideas or revisit something that has previously sold. DM or Email. Please be patient with me in getting back to you. This is a one woman show. I may require a deposit to begin work, full payment due before item ships.
